At The Bridal Dress Company we only run one bridal appointment at a time in order to provide you and your guests with exclusive access to our boutique and give you our undivided attention. Our focus is entirely on you as our bride and ensuring you have the most wonderful experience in our boutique.

Our 90 minute appointments allow you to take your time and savour the dress shopping experience while sipping on a complimentary beverage.

Our sample dresses range from a UK size 8 to a size 16, however our designers carry UK sizes 2 through to 32. We also stock veils and accessories to complete your bridal look, you can select 'Accessory Appointment' when booking.

We're hosting our first ever accessories open event in store on March 13th from 13:30 to 20:30. We will have an extended range of veils and hair accessories from our designers in store for the day. You'll be able to come in and browse the collection, try on some pieces and the best part, you'll get 10% off any accessory purchase on the day. Reserve your slot here.

If you would like an appointment outside of our booking times, please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate. We recommend booking in for an appointment, however if there isn't an appointment in progress we do welcome walk-ins. We don't charge for appointments but we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of £30.00 (card details will be taken on booking).

FAQs
How many guests can I bring with me?
We recommend only bringing your closest family and friends, having too many opinions can be overwhelming.
What should I bring with me?
You don't need to bring anything with you. We recommend wearing nude underwear and a strapless bra to try on the dresses. You may wish to bring along your wedding shoes or a shoe with a similar heel height. If you already have a bridal accessory, a veil or hair piece, bring them along to help you complete the look.
When should I start looking for my wedding dress?
We would suggest starting your search 12 to 18 months before your wedding to allow you time to find 'the one', have the dress delivered to our boutique and have any alterations made.
Can you help with getting a dress at short notice?
Most of our dresses will take around 16 weeks to order in, however there are a few different options we can look at if you're pushed for time. Please get in touch to discuss options like rush orders or Off the Peg dresses.
Can I amend/cancel my appointment?
If you need to amend or cancel your booking, please give us as much notice as possible so that other brides can book in. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of £30.00.
Am I okay to bring children with me?
Due to the delicate nature of the dresses within our boutique, we ask you not to bring young children along to your appointment.
